Our well-organized Japan TPS / Lean Immersive Tours or JLIT is simply "life changing" for anyone who joins. Annually, we host between 4 to 7 Customized JLIT’s for our clients, two of which are “open to the public”. This unique experience focuses on harnessing the knowledge & wisdom from others as we “deep dive” to better understand the value of creating demand driven systems with TPS. Through a combination of site visits, lectures, simulations, discussions and question & answer sessions with senior leaders on the gemba, we see up close how JIT & Jidoka work hand-in-hand. We know that people who take on this “immersion experience” will be forever changed in how they view ways of working.
